You'll work with agents.
Coding agents, test agents, doc agents — every engineer here has them in their loop. You spend your time on the parts that matter.
Ownership, not assignments.
You'll own features end-to-end — from scoping to deployment to the on-call rotation. No PM handing you JIRA tickets to push around.
Ship fast or don't ship.
15–20 day delivery cycles are normal here. If you're allergic to six-month roadmaps, you'll love it. If you need them, you won't.

Senior Software Engineer (Ruby on Rails)
Lead Rails backend work across client projects and our own products. You'll own architecture, mentor mid-level engineers, and partner with prompt and frontend teams.
Software Engineer (React)
Build the user-facing surfaces of everything we ship — client products, our own platforms (99interview, EduSoftwares), and AI-powered interfaces. Strong React, real polish, taste for typography.
Prompt Expert (Technical)
Own how our products talk to LLMs. Build prompt libraries, eval pipelines, fine-tuning workflows, and agentic orchestration patterns. Deep familiarity with Claude / OpenAI / Llama.

We don't do trick puzzles or 6-hour take-homes. We do the kind of conversations real teammates have.
